Partnering with Huawei, the School has established the first Huawei ICT Academy in China that focuses on the medical field, students engage in the "He-Huawei" medical and engineering integrated training courses and participate in industry authority certification exams at school. Students will gain the industrial cutting-edge engineering practice experience, laying a solid foundation for future career development and having broad employment prospects.

2. School of Basic Medicine

Major: Medical Laboratory Technology

    The School of Basic Medicine has its faculty team featured as “dual role talents for both teaching and vocational application” and “research-oriented”, as well as the high-quality resources provided by the Eye Gene Bank and the Provincial Key Laboratory platforms, focusing on cutting-edge detection technologies in laboratory medicine under the background of precision medicine, and cooperating with a number of tertiary hospitals to cultivate high-level applied talents with solid clinical routine testing technology and molecular detection technology.

    The Medical Laboratory Technology Program is characterized by molecular detection technology, focusing on the future development of the industry, highlighting the cultivation of advanced gene testing skills in the discipline, aiming seamless integration between the talent development standards with industry development and the actual needs of employers, offering broad employment prospects.

3. School of Clinical Medicine

Major: Clinical Medicine

    The School of Clinical Medicine is supported by the provincial medical experimental teaching demonstration center, carries out teaching with the help of the senior expert team from its affiliated tertiary hospitals, integrating the development concept of the big health industry into the curriculum system, and cultivating applied talents engaged in health services and management across the full life cycle.

    The School of Intelligent Imaging is a council member unit of the national medical imaging teaching resource repository construction project. With the feature of “integration of medicine and engineering”, it cooperates with domestic first-class medical institutions and large-scale equipment manufacturers to establish multiple tertiary medical imaging practice bases, focusing on cultivating all-around applied medical imaging talents with skills in AI image recognition, medical imaging big data analysis, modern medical imaging technology and diagnosis.

    The Medical Imaging Technology Program ranks first in the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate majors in Liaoning Province and has been honored with the three-star title of "China’s Renowned and Regional First-class Private University Major", offering broad employment prospects.

5.School of Arts

    The School of Arts has a strong background in medical and related interdisciplinary resources. It integrates top domestic and international artists, and has built several practice centers, including motion capture, spatial lighting, and universal design. The School features the integration of "medicine, art and engineering" as its teaching model and adopts the "studio" approach to education, aiming to cultivate high-quality applied talents to meet the demands of the digital society.

    The Animation Program is approved by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province for employment and education projects, and the Visual Communication Design is a major with provincial first-class curriculums.
