He University ‘He Vision Space’ Receives Official Approval To be Funded by Government

Based on the "Notice on Supporting the Creation of Characteristic Carriers to Promote the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Upgrade of SMEs" by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Science and Technology, the ‘He Vision space’ which was created and operated by He University has recently been approved to receive Special fund support.

He Vision space, which was founded in 2015, focuses on bio-medicine, bio-materials, medical devices, cultural creativity, and health media. It also focuses on the development of dual-innovation carrier construction in Brightness Town, combining entrepreneurial service platforms, Entrepreneurship College and Entrepreneurship Fund. It achieved the function of entrepreneurship incubation and integrating medical and health industry resources. These were recognized as a Provincial level “He Vision Space” by the Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2016.

Presently, the space has established a development model that combines the enterprise as the main body, the market as the guide, the combination of production, education and research, the complete infrastructure environment, and the perfect industry incubation service. It will lead Shenyang City's industry development to be more centered on the Eye industry.

With the support to be received the special funds, our school will be able to effectively enhance the capability of sustainable development of He Vision space. After the students graduated from He University, they will have chance to internship in enterprises within the space.

In the future, our school will expand the space functions of incubation service and radiation range, and to provide market-oriented, professional, and precise resources for the enterprises.
